PAN no pudo «tumbar» candidatura de Geño
La Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF) confirmó la candidatura al Senado por parte del PVEM, del exgobernador de Tamaulipas, Eugenio Javier Hernández Flores «Geño».
Sobre este caso, el TEPJF avaló la sentencia de la Sala Regional Monterrey, quien determinó que era viable el registro de la candidatura de Hernández Flores para la primera fórmula al Senado por Tamaulipas, por el Partido Verde Ecologista de México (PVEM), ya que tiene vigentes sus derechos político-electorales, pues no está sujeto a un proceso penal que lo mantenga privado de su libertad.
Por lo que la estrategia del partido Acción Nacional fracasó en su encomienda de tirarle la candidatura al exgobernador de Tamaulipas, preocupados están de que Geño sigue subiendo en las encuestas con una alta probabilidad de desplazar a la alianza a la tercera posicion.
