En este día en el cual se celebran los festejos patrios, hay poco qué celebrar. Por donde se vea, el panorama es desolador. México perdió no sólo el rumbo, sino el timón y nos acercamos peligrosamente al acantilado.
Nos guste o no, tenemos que aceptar que ya se aprobó la reforma al Poder Judicial, que marca un preocupante inicio para la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum.
Sin escuchar las recomendaciones de los expertos nacionales e internaciones, se empecinaron en algo que no le conviene a nadie en el país. “Ganaron”, aunque todos perdimos.
Algo sí es claro. Le toca al gobierno de la mal llamada Cuarta Transformación hacerse responsable de sus acciones. Del desastre que se mostró a todo el mundo por las prácticas a las que tuvieron que recurrir para lograr que se aprobara la iniciativa del presidente López Obrador.
Ellos y nadie más son responsables de que la población y los empresarios confíen en esos jueces que serán los encargados de impartir justicia, incluso cuando no entiendan conceptos básicos de derecho.
Tienen que hacerse responsables de que se quiera seguir invirtiendo en el país y que no se vea a México como un Estado totalitario, que es lo que las voces más sensatas están vislumbrando.
Se sabe que los operadores políticos del presidente López Obrador ofrecieron mucho dinero a la oposición para que traicionara a sus votantes, y cuando esto no funcionó, se les amedrentó y amenazó. Algunos cedieron. Ya sabemos cómo terminó ese cuento y la historia juzgará a los Yunes y a los Barreda. También a la apatía de los mexicanos.
Irónicamente, se demostró que para hacer pasar una reforma que en teoría es para hacer más justicia, usaron a las fiscalías —aquellos organismos que son nidos de corrupción e injusticias y que justamente no se tocan en la reforma judicial— para salirse con la suya.
También demostraron que este gobierno no negocia. No le importa hacer las cosas bien, sino simplemente hacerlas a su manera, aunque sea chocar contra un muro o darse un balazo en un pie.
Los ciudadanos libres se los advertimos. Se los dijimos. No escucharon. Ahora que se responsabilicen de su tonta terquedad.
La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) ya expresó fuertes preocupaciones por la reforma. Las calificadoras también advirtieron que estos cambios constitucionales podrían afectar los controles y equilibrios institucionales, debilitando la fortaleza económica y fiscal del país.
En el fondo, ningún inversionista con dos dedos de frente va a confiar en un gobierno que controla los tres Poderes de la Unión y desprecia cualquier signo de autonomía o pensamiento crítico. Que sería juez y parte en cualquier controversia.
